Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the car and limousine services provided by All Quest Limousine LLC. By booking a ride or using this site, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you reserve.

01Who we are

This website and the transportation services described on it are operated by All Quest Limousine LLC, a licensed chauffeured car and limousine company based in Stamford, Connecticut, serving Fairfield County and the tri-state area. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean All Quest Limousine LLC, and "you" means the person booking or riding.

02Our services

We provide pre-booked, chauffeur-driven ground transportation. This includes airport transfers, local point-to-point rides, hourly as-directed service, and corporate travel across Fairfield County and the surrounding region. Every ride is reserved in advance and confirmed by our dispatch. We are not a taxi, a rideshare app, or an on-demand service.

03Reservations and quotes

You can request a ride through our online booking page or by calling dispatch. A reservation is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation with the pickup details, the vehicle and the price. Quotes are based on the information you provide, such as pickup and drop-off, date and time, passenger count and luggage. If those details change, the price may change, and we will confirm any change with you before the ride.

Please give us accurate pickup information and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for a missed pickup caused by incorrect details or an unreachable passenger.

04Pricing and payment

Our rates are flat and set by zone. Tolls and a 20 percent gratuity are already included in the fare, and there are no hidden fees or surge pricing. The full pricing is on our rates page, and your final quote is confirmed to the dollar when you book.

• Payment is arranged at the time of booking through our online reservation system.
• We also accept Zelle, Venmo and monthly corporate account billing on request.
• Stretch and other special vehicles require a 50 percent deposit to hold the reservation.

05Cancellations and changes

Plans change, and our cancellation windows reflect the vehicle reserved.

• Sedans and SUVs: cancel or change at no charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup.
• Special vehicles (stretch limousine, Sprinter and similar): cancel at least 14 days before the reservation for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations inside 14 days are charged the full fare.
• Flight delays or cancellations: if your flight is delayed or cancelled and you let us know, there is no cancellation charge, provided we have reasonable notice.

To cancel or change a ride, contact dispatch at 203-570-1111 or reply to your confirmation. A cancellation is effective only once we acknowledge it.

06Wait time and stops

For airport arrivals we track your flight and include a reasonable grace period before wait time applies. On the road, brief courtesy stops are included, up to about 20 minutes for local trips and 30 minutes for trips out of the area. Longer waits or additional stops may be added to the fare and will be confirmed with you where possible.

07Passengers, conduct and the vehicle

Each vehicle has a set passenger capacity, and for everyone's safety we cannot exceed it. Seat belts must be worn where fitted. The following apply to every ride.

• Child seats are available on request for a flat 20 dollar fee. Please tell us the child's age when you book.
• Pets are welcome. If a pet soils or damages the interior, a 60 dollar cleaning fee applies.
• Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party beyond normal use.

Our chauffeurs may refuse or end a ride if a passenger is abusive, unsafe, or in breach of the law. In that case the fare remains due.

08Delays and events beyond our control

We plan every ride with time to spare and we track flights, but some things are outside anyone's control, such as weather, traffic, road closures, accidents and acts of government. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events of this kind, including a missed flight or connection where the cause was beyond our reasonable control.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a ride is limited to the amount you paid for that ride. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Please take your belongings with you at drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle, though we will always try to help recover them.

10Licensing and insurance

All Quest Limousine LLC is fully licensed and insured. We operate under USDOT 2426415 and ICC MC 836119, and our vehicles are inspected and maintained. Our chauffeurs are licensed and background checked.

11Privacy

Information you give us when you book is handled as described in our privacy policy. Please review it to understand what we collect and how we use it.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or to a ride will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one posted on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
