All Quest Limousine LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website and book a ride with ease, including people who use assistive technology. This page explains what we are doing, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

01Our commitment

We are committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we think about serving our customers, on the road and online.

02The standard we work toward

We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard widely used to make web content more accessible. These guidelines cover things like readable text, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation, and content that works with screen readers.

We are honest about where we are: accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time box to check. We review the site over time and fix issues as we find them, and we do not claim the site is perfect.

03What we do

• We aim for clear text, readable sizes, and strong contrast against our dark background.
• We use meaningful headings and descriptive links so the site is easier to navigate.
• We add text alternatives for meaningful images so screen readers can describe them.
• We check that the main paths, such as viewing rates and starting a booking, work with a keyboard.

04Third-party tools

Part of our booking flow uses a third-party reservation system. We do not control how that outside tool is built, so its accessibility may differ from the rest of our site. If you have trouble using it, you never have to. Just call us and a real person will take your booking by phone.

05Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. If you come across a page, feature, or document that is hard to use, please tell us. Your feedback helps us find and fix problems faster, and we take it seriously.
