When placing a reservation please have the following information Passenger name or account number Pick up address and drop off location Name and phone number to reach you the type of service you need: Limousine, Car Service, SUV, Mini Van, Any special instructions if you have any.

All changes & cancellations must be called into the office 203-570-1111

Email is not accepted for cancellations & changes . All Quest Car Service & Limousine requires (3) hours minimum prior to the scheduled pickup time to cancel the reservation or cancellations fee will be charged to the customer.

Buses, mini buses, vans and stretches cancellations must be made within (14) days prior to pickup time or cancellation fee apply the full agreed price

No show meaning your driver is on location to pick you up, but you not there cancellation fee apply the full agreed price.

Rates are subject to change without notice .

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

We do not charge any early AM fee.

Wait time at all major airports is $55.00 (SEDAN) per hour the first hour is free.

Stops are $15.00 per stop.

All Rates are point to point any extra stops, parking, wait time is not included.

For all point to point reservations, waiting time will be charged after 15 minutes of time scheduled to pick up our hourly rate is $65.00 (SEDAN) per hour.

We do not monitor private jets, train schedules or amtrak and we are not responsible for flights cancelled, diverted, delayed or missed.

Wait time will be charged if you do not arrive on time as per reservation made Airport wait time starts after (1) hour of the landing flight so we do give you (1) hour free of charge. We will wait for our customers up to (3) hours total unless told otherwise per customer.

Curbside express pick up please call the office at 203-570-1111 once ready to get pick up instructions.

Inside meet and greet for international flights your driver will be at the baggage area or at the gate holding a sign with your name. If you can’t see your driver please call the office at 203-570-1111 DO NOT LEAVE without calling and if do you will be charge the full agreed price.

All Quest Limousine is not liable for weather, road conditions and breakdowns and lost or damaged baggage, personnel belonging or items left in the vehicle.

By using this site, you accept and agree to all the terms and conditions, in no case All Quest Limousine LLC will be liable for damages of any kind resulting from use of the site.
